He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kirkland and Louise Kirkland (Overton); and his sister Billie Kirkland. He is survived by: his children, Patrick Kirkland (Danielle) of New Bremen, Jeff Kirkland of Sidney and Missy Inman (Craig) of Sidney; and his siblings, Jody Colthar (Rocky), Joyce Eichelberger (Mike), Paul Kirkland and Roger Kirkland (Jannie). He is also survived by several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
