She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Smith of Sidney; her grandchildren, Ryan Smith (Tammy) of Troy, OH and Tara Lee (Todd) of Pickerington, OH; her great grandchildren, Kayli, Noah Smith, Connor and Olivia Lee; and her nephew Jimmie "Bevo" Greene II (Patricia).
