It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Hawkins of Sidney, Ohio, born in Victor, West Virginia, who passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie E. Hawkins and Ruby Jane Hawkins (Kessler); and his brothers, Eugene Hawkins and Kenny Hawkins. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Iiames of Wheeling, WV, Billi Jane Price of Edmond, WV, Laura Ables of Highcoat, WV and Kenny Hawkins of Oak Hill, WV; his stepchildren, Timothy Evans of Sidney, Randy Evans of Piqua, Dean Evans of Piqua, Angela Holbin of Piqua and Jodell Miller of Piqua; and his siblings, Johnny Hawkins, Terry Hawkins of Troy, Shelby Wooley of Fletcher and Joyce Ramsey of Edmond, WV. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
