We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2019, at the age of 83, Bill Osborne (Sidney, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Osborne and Amanda Osborne (Miracle); his son William "Randy" Osborne; and his grandson Gavin Jones. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Hughes; and his daughter Robin Byers (Jason) of DeGraff. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
