Frazier; her son Ronald Frazier; her grandchildren, Jamie Spradlin and Sonya Spradlin; her siblings, Bobby Couch, Nancy Smith, Viola Mosley, James Baston Smith, Lloyd David Smith, Murray Smith and Billy Smith; and her son-in-law Michael Sylvester.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Sylvester of Sidney, OH, Madeline Holmes (Paul) of Columbus, OH and Donna Keen (Dave) of Columbus, OH; and her sister Barbara Campbell of Medina, OH. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
