He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard L. Allen and Margaret Allen (Gilbert). He is survived by: his wife Margie Allen (Bright); his children, Amanda Allen of Indianapolis, IN and Seth Middleton (Britnie) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Jessie Smith, Amelia Middleton, William Middleton and Hudson Middleton; and his brothers, Robert Allen of Piqua, Timothy Allen (Janie) of Piqua and William Allen (Bobbi) of Piqua. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
