It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Phelps (Sidney, Ohio), born in Strunk, Kentucky, who passed away on May 7, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Ball and Dorothy Ball (Strunk); and her husband Neal W. Phelps. She is survived by: her children, Robyn Hughes (David) of Sidney, Rhonda Cole (Richard) of Sidney and Ricky W. Phelps (Regina) of Sidney; and her brother Donald Ball (Martha) of Riverside, California.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
