She is survived by: her children, Robert Gates Jr. of Sidney, Selena Kessler of Sidney, Elizabeth Gates Jackson of Sidney, Barbara Birkemeier of Sidney and Donald Eugene Hull Jr. of Sidney; and her siblings, Thomas Carnes (Paulette) of Bradenton, FL., Joseph Carnes (Maria) of Chicago, IL., Jim Carnes (Dawn) of Sidney and Hazel Hubble (Chris) of Sidney. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great-great grandchildren.
