He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lowell and Anna Wilma Spreen (VanDeMark). He is survived by: his sister Wilma Ann Geise (Robert) of Delta Junction, Alaska; and his cousins, Roger E. Spreen, Jr., Wesley E. Spreen, Carl Cartwright of Sidney, Danah Carner, Judy Wilson (Doug), Dane Marrs (Darlene) of Dayton, John VanDeMark (Donna) of Findlay, Carol Turner (John) of New Bremen, Connie Thomas (John) of Reynoldsburg and Joyce Lambert (Tony) of Sidney.
