We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2021, at the age of 73, Arlene Williams of Sidney, Ohio, born in Waynesfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Davis and Mable Davis (Stratton); her children, Rhonda McCoy, Ronald II, Joseph, Eric and Kenneth Williams; her grandson Kenneth II; and her great grandchild Arthur.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald Williams; her daughter Flora Carnes of Sidney; and her siblings, Jim, Harry Davis, Rowena Lump, Dick Davis and Wanda Scott. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
