He is survived by: his parents, Michael Chambers and Jacqueline Chambers (Hageman); his sister Whitney Goubeaux (Evan); his grandfathers, Michael Chambers (Joyce) and Mark Hageman (Sue); and his aunts and uncles, Megan Bell (Scott), Marty Chambers, Matt Chambers and Rick Hageman (Angie). He is also survived by numerous cousins and one niece.
