She is survived by: her children, Scott Usternul (Janel) of Wooster and Roberta Carpenter (Sam) of Shreve; her grandchildren, Rhett Usternul of Wooster, Victoria Carpenter of New Orleans, LA and Hunter Carpenter of Shreve; and her brother Chuck Apple (Beth).
