He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett J. Scheck and Mary E. Scheck (Chadwick); and his brother Roger Scheck. He is survived by: his wife Linda Scheck; his children, Bill Scheck, Margaret Coblentz (Terry) of Big Prairie and Timothy Scheck (Kellie) of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Israel Coblentz (Camby) of Dayton and Amelia Gazso (Istvan) of San Diego, CA; his great grandchild Rilynn Coblentz; and his siblings, Russell Scheck of Mt. Vernon, Kenny Scheck (Sandy) of Centerburg, Kathy Slusser of San Francisco, CA, Tom Scheck of Key West, FL, Becky O'Flynn of Tampa, FL and Doug Scheck of Newark.

There will be limited seating for the funeral service; masks and social distancing are required for all services.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests a memorial contribution to a charity of the donor's choice.
