She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald "Cameron" Armstrong and Julia A. Armstrong (Moore); her husband Robert E. Acker; her son Garrol R. Acker; and her grandson Curtis R. Wells.

She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte Brumme (Dale) and Barbara Wells (Ron). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 3 great great-grandchildren.
