He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis R. Manges and Cecile Morris Manges; his daughter Sandra A. Manges; and his siblings, Charlene Manges VanLieu, Charles E. Manges, Richard Manges, Robert Manges and Harold Manges.

He is survived by: his children, Kenneth H. Manges of Youngstown, Melissa Whitworth (Shawn) of Glenmont and Stacy Stough of Smithville; his grandchildren, Keegan, Dylan, Dominique, Dakota and Brittany; and his brothers, Larry Manges (Linda) of Wooster and Dave Manges (Patty) of Big Prairie. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
