He was predeceased by: his grandson Daniel Mortensen. He is survived by: his siblings, Christine Patterson (Jack) of West Lafayette and Gary Sloan (Karen) of Shreve; his children, Kimberly Rogers (Richard) and Brian Sloan (Jackie) of Texas; and his grandchildren, Amanda Ree, Allen, Gabrielle and Wyatt Sloan. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren; 6 step children; numerous step grandchildren; a niece; several nephews; a cousin.
