She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Derby of Shreve and Kathy Hanna (Chris) of Shreve; her grandchildren, Gary Dean Derby (Ashley) of Shreve, Nikole of Shreve, Kyle of Shreve and Erik Hanna of Shreve; her great grandchild Ryleigh Marie Derby; and her brother William Miller (Judy) of Apple Creek.
