He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anna Belle Tittle, Madge Parks, Treva VanZant, William "Bill" Ley and Robert Dean Ley.
He is survived by: his significant other Jacquelyn "Jackie" Faye Boudinot; and his daughter Dawn Hott (Ken Hart).
