He is survived by: his children, Nathan Mallett (Camille), Jamie Horsky and Scott Mairs (Alisha); his grandchildren, Austin, Chandler, Cadance Horsky, Lincoln Mallett and Lucas Mairs; his mother F. Jeane; and his sisters, Kay Johnson (Dan) and Lisa Troyer (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
