He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Derby of Shreve and Kathy Hanna (Chris) of Shreve; his grandchildren, Gary Dean Derby of Shreve, Nikole of Shreve, Kyle of Shreve and Erik Hanna (Abby) of Shreve; his great grandchild Ryleigh Marie Derby; and his siblings, Robert Boley (Janette) of Shreve and Reva Stetler of Florida.
Memorial contributions may be made to Wooster Community Hospital or Holmes County Fairgrounds at Harvest Ridge.
