David Perry Hayhurst Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2025, David Perry Hayhurst of Shreve, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Hayhurst and Margaret Hayhurst; his grandson David Hayhurst III; his significant other Estora Hayhurst; his siblings, Tom Hayhurst, Jim Hayhurst and Lois McPherson; and his sister-in-law Carol Hayhurst.
He is survived by: his children, David Hayhurst (Madison Banbury) and Sarah Koenig (Chad); his grandchildren, Tyler Hayhurst, Kayla Swartzentruber (Kelsey) and Brooke Fogle (Westin); his great grandchildren, Geo Fogle and Vincent Koenig; his siblings, Ruth Tuttle (Paul), Martha Hammer (George) and John Hayhurst (Gerri); and his sister-in-law Jean Hayhurst. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, 4H kids, friends and coworkers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home (216 E Larwill St, Wooster, OH 44691). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
