He was predeceased by: his father James F. Maurer; and his wife Carol. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Watson (Doug) of Wooster, Dr. Seth Maurer (Alexis) of Canton and Kyle Maurer (Breanna) of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Tricia Watson of Uniontown, Remington and Riverlynn Maurer of Millersburg; and his brother Duane Maurer (Brenda) of Glenmont. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
