She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Gallagher and Bernice Gallagher (Moore); her former spouse Thomas Hardy; and her husband Paul Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Junkin (Ron) of Shreve, Tom Hardy (Carol) of Wooster and Cindy Huffman of Wooster; and her grandchildren, Diana McMillen (Dave), Jeff Hardy (Jody), Katie Prost (Terry) and Matthew Junkin (Tracey). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
