He was predeceased by: his grandmother Samantha Kitts; and his great-grandparents, Nancy Crum and John Kitts. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Christopher Kitts and Brianne Elizabeth Fortune of Jeromesville; his sister Serenity Grace Kitts; his grandfathers, James Kitts (Tiffany) of Greenwich and Barry Fortune (Cheryl) of Jeromesville; and his great-grandparent Nancy Fortune. He is also survived by aunts, uncles cousins and other relatives.
