He is survived by: his children, Amy Koch of Mansfield and Lynn McGinnis (Roger) of Smithville; his siblings, George (Cheryl), Ora (Lila June), Richard (Sarah), Jerry (Kay), Terry Dean Koch, Pat Clark, Bonnie Bush (Bud) and Joy Lynn Plank (Steve); and his parents-in-law, Charlene Cornish, Melvin Reisinger, Wayne Reisinger (Nancy), Ed Reisinger (Barb) and William Reisinger (Laura).
