He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Tracy (Schlaufman) and Merle V. Tracy Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Diana Tracy (Varner) of Shiloh; his daughter Tiffani Pirtle (Travis) of Shiloh; his grandson John "JB" Pirtle; his siblings, Debra Cutlip (Allen) of Ashland and Paul Tracy (Karen) of Ashland; and his brother-in-law Michael Varner (Kris) of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
