She is survived by: her children, Connie Knapp (Jeff), Yvonne Hively, Sally Ratliff and Luther Rollie Frank II (Christina); her sister Evalee Shepherd; her husband Frank Ratliff; her children, Eddie Ratliff and Sandra Lively; her son-in-law Virgil Hivley; and her stepdaughter Linda Shepherd. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Eastman Funeral Home (49 W Main St, Greenwich, OH 44837). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
