She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Isaac and Myrtle Isaac (Lemaster); her son Dennis Ray Phipps; and her siblings-in-law, Troy Tackett, Lloyd Cline and Gracie Isaac of Kentucky.
She is survived by: her husband Ernie Phipps; her daughters, Vicky Sakala (Paul) of Lexington, OH and Carolyn Cook (John) of Perrysville, OH; her daughter-in-law Vicky Phipps of Salyersville, KY; her grandchildren, Gregg Phipps of Salyersville, KY, Shane Cook of Perrysville, OH and Dawn Gottron of Georgetown, KY; her great grandchild Scott Phipps; her great great grandchildren, Nathan of Salyersville, KY and Gabe Phipps of Salyersville, KY; her siblings, Maureen Tackett of Salyersville, KY, Bonnie Cline of West Liberty, KY, Joe Luther Isaac of Salyersville, KY and Dolphie Isaac (Sharon) of Salyersville, KY; and her friend Betty Norris. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
