She was predeceased by: her mother Delta G. Blankenship (Salyers); and her brother Arlen Blankenship Jr.. She is survived by: her father Arlen Blankenship; her husband Jason Swank; her children, Jason Swank II of Shiloh, OH, Lexus Swank of Shiloh, OH, Cheyenne Swank of Shiloh, OH and Jacob Swank of Shiloh, OH; her stepdaughter Brittanie Bigler of Shelby, OH; her brothers, Chris Blankenship (Mindy) of Milton, PA, Chad Blankenship (Melissa) of Shiloh, OH and James Blankenship (Brooklyn) of New London, OH; and her mother-in-law Penny Mosley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
