He was predeceased by: his parents, Damon Kellis and Dorma Kellis (Frost); his former wife Carolyn Kellis (Mick); his sister Delores Hill; and his son Shawn Kellis.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law Chad Kaufman of Shiloh; his brother Daniel; his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Kellis of Springfield and Robert Hill of South Salem; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh Joy Kaufman-Snell (AJ Snell), Rebekah Joy Kaufman, Nathan Alexander Kaufman, Darrian Michelle Kellis and Payden Kellis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
