With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doliver Ora Napier of Shiloh, Ohio, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on March 2, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Ruth Perry Napier (Baldwin) and George Napier; and his siblings, Forrest Perry (Betty), Carl Perry (Christine), George Napier, Lindsey Perry and Ora Faye Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona J. Hamilton Napier; his children, Keith Napier (Patricia), Randall Napier (Debra) and Rhonda Watson (Rodney); his grandchildren, Laura Napier, Richard Napier (Sarah), Brett Watson (Lacey), Andrew Napier (Kelly), Michael Napier and Benjamin Napier; his great grandchildren, Bryden, Colin, Ethan Napier, Ananda Jani, Lillian Napier and Blakley Watson; and his brothers, Donald and Samuel Napier.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kindred Hospice.
