She was predeceased by: her parents, George R. Poulson and Mildred L. Poulson (Bauer); her stepfather Alva Hoffman; and her great grandchild Rosalie Hartzell. She is survived by: her children, Thaddeus Hartzell of Alabama, Trisha Hartzell of Sherwood, OH and Peter Hartzell (Regina) of Alabama; her siblings, Donna Briggs (George) of Erlanger, KY, Cecilia Weddleman (Paul) of Hamilton, IN, Judy Cordes (John) of Holgate, OH and George Poulson (Judy) of Napoleon, OH; and her grandchildren, Dustin Hartzell (Samantha), Cody Hartzell, Justin Hartzell (Andrea Tidwell), Nate Hartzell (Emilee Muller), Marieena Hartzell (Damon Kirby) and Anne Vana (Isaac). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
