He was predeceased by: his parents, James Welch and Geneve Welch (Wistner); and his siblings, James, Jacqueline "Jackie" Fry (Harold), Sarah "Jeannie" Ferckle (Richard) and Rose Welch.
He is survived by: his wife Flora Jean Porter; his sons, Jeff (Mary) and Peter (Debi); his brothers, Robert "Pink" Welch (Ticha) of Haviland and George "Pike" Welch of Paulding; and his sister-in-law Alberta Welch. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Heartland Hospice.
