He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack E., Sr. and Audrey Leggett (Coffy). He is survived by: his children, Tanya Tristano (Travis), T. Renee' Veselenak-Hancock (Keith), Tiffany Veselenak (Brent Hanna) and Mica Leggett; his grandchildren, Brady Stewart, Gage Crites, Ella Stewart, Xander Tristano, Landon Hanna, Gracie Leggett, Gabrielle Crites, Kwynn Tristano and Alexa Hanna; his great grandchild Braxton Stewart; and his siblings, Barbara Easterday (Dick), Jack Leggett (Rachel), Ronald Leggett (Janie) and Waldon Leggett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews, as well as many cherished friends.
