We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2024, at the age of 69, Karen Lynn Kuhns of Sherrodsville, Ohio, born in Beckley, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Karen departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Karen. Though Karen may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Allen and Lena Foster Allen; her former husband Richard Slauter; her husband Charles "Charlie" Kuhns; her son Kevin Slauter; and her brother Edward Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Lena Parker (Paul) of Sherrodsville and Wayne Slauter (Nina) of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Zack, Haley, Angel and Owen; and her sister Rhelda Kuzak. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
