He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Hawk (Hahn); his wife Orlane Hawk; his mother-in-law Kay Tedrick; his siblings, Timothy Hawk (Kris) and Kimberly Erb; his children, Jimmy Hawk, Michelle Zimmerman (Paul) and Billy Hawk (Monica); and his grandchildren, Andrew Hawk, Ben Hawk, Asher Zimmerman, Lily Zimmerman, Carrie Hawk and Laura Hawk. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
