It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William C. Manning (Shelby, Ohio), who passed away on May 5, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Libby Manning; his sons, Daniel Manning (Lynette) of Crestline, Rick Manning (Donna) of Charleston, WV and Robert Manning (Alicia) of Mount Gilead; his grandchildren, Danielle, Angie, Bob Jr., Mike, Rick Jr. and Cheree; and his brother Ora Manning. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
