He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Adams and Anna Lee Adams (Coffey); his siblings, James and Patty Adams; and his grandparents, Charles, Artie Coffey, Arch and Mary Alice Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Adams (McMeeken); his children, Kerri Burkett (William) of Shelby and Nathan Adams of Shelby; his grandchildren, Sidney Taylor and Garrett Culver Lindner of Shelby; his siblings, Mary Jane Adams, Donna Warden of Franklin, OH, Joyce Hollon, Betty Shepard (Tim), Linda Nickolas (Jeff), Judy Jeffers (Tim) of Arcanum, OH, Ed Adams (Bonnie), Randy Adams of Eaton, OH, David Adams (Stella), Roxanne Coyle (Wes) of Springboro, OH, Connie Hammock (Bud) of Middletown, OH and Christi (Berry) of Middletown, OH; and his close friend Robert Hubert of Shelby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
