He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Amstutz and Margaret Amstutz (Swartz). He is survived by: his wife Naomi Amstutz (Burky); his children, Tammy Armintrout (Todd) of Shelby, Wendy Schreck (Todd) of Medina and Tim Amstutz of Shelby; his grandchildren, Justin (Nicole), Jessica Armintrout, Mason (Ally), Evan Schreck (Cailee), Allie and Nick Amstutz; his great grandchildren, Harper, Parker, Carter, Charlie Armintrout and Bailey Schreck; and his sister Shirley Stine. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
