It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia L. Swinning (Shelby, Ohio), born in Marysville, Ohio, who passed away on October 1, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Pearl and Evelyn Sarver (Johnson); her daughter Deborah Swinning; and her sisters, Laura Fogle (Phillip) and Jeanette Gould.
She is survived by: her son Larry P. Swinning (Donna Schmitz) of Shelby; her grandson Shane Mills; her great grandchild Tayshawn D. Mills; her brother James P. Sarver (Kaleen); her brother-in-law Richard Gould; and her husband Larry Lee Swinning. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
