She is survived by: her sons, James David O'Keefe II (Amy Lynch) of Tiffin and Matthew O'Keefe of Crestline; her grandchildren, Ryan Lynch (Emily Banks) of Sycamore, OH, Kassidy O'Keefe of Tiffin, Richard James "R. J." O'Keefe of Crestline, Catalina Pearl O'Keefe of Crestline and Elizabeth Grace O'Keefe of Crestline; her great grandchildren, Teddy James and Boone Ryan Lynch; her sisters, Rosalind O'Keefe of Wellington, OH, Andrea Stemple of Grafton, OH and Patrice Rogers of Wellington, OH; and her nephews, Steven Rogers of Wellington and Patrick Rogers (Tina) of Mansfield.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Barkdull Funeral Home (33 N Gamble St, Shelby, OH 44875). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
