He is survived by: his grandfather Chet Nichols; his parents, Tammy Nichols of Mansfield and Tim Werick of Lexington; his brother Travis Baker of Florida; his grandparents, Barbara Werick of Lexington and Chester Nichols (Wanda) of Lexington; and his cousins, Trevor Nichols and Branden Nichols of Mansfield.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home.
