He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Hoak and Linda Hoak (Brodzenski). He is survived by: his brothers, Jason Hoak (Thalia) of Lexington and Matthew Hoak of Shelby; his nieces and nephews, Mikayla Hoak, Scott Hoak, Kennan Hoak, Savannah Eaton and Alyson Hoak; and his aunts and uncles, Carolyn "Sue" Kimble (David) of Lexington, Judy Peterson (Tom) of Ontario, John Brodzenski of Lexington, Theresa Smith (Don) of Clyde, Janet Laserte, Joe Brodzenski (Heather) of Lexington, Robin Noe-Winkler and Mary Ann Robertson of Shelby. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
