He is survived by: his son Gavyn Rollins; his mother Megan Rollins of Mansfield; his sister Jennifer Brantley (Ryan Boice) of Mansfield; his grandfather Ronald Rigsby (Carol) of Lexington; his aunts, Debra Waugh (Randy) of Louisa, KY and Ronda Shrimplin (Jerry) of Mansfield; his uncle Jason Amick (Lanetta) of Mansfield; his nieces, Makayla Boice (Ricky Forwith) of Shelby and Allissa Boice (James Hall) of Mansfield; and his nephew Kane Bago of Mansfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
