He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Wagner and June Van Wagner (Dull); and his wife Kay C. Van Wagner. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Cathy White of Hilliard and Carol Lambert (Andy) of Lancaster, Ohio; his granddaughter Sarah Piper; and his great grandchildren, Tanner and Maddy.
