She is survived by: her children, Thirza Lynn Wade and Scott Alan Shade; her grandchildren, Darci Moxley and Colton Shade of California; her great grandchild Chance Mott; her grandson Blake Brewer; her former spouse Glenn Shade; and her husband Harold Dean Thompson.
