She was predeceased by: her parents, Ercil Stevens and Joy Stevens; and her sister Sharon Wetzel. She is survived by: her husband Michael Smith; her children, Shannon Smith, Jerry Stuff of Owingsville, KY, Jason, Ann Smith of Greenwich and Derick "Sam" Smith of Mansfield; her brothers, Donnie (Joanne Stevens), Danny (Angie Stevens), Ronnie (Uneeda Stevens) and David (Brenda Stevens); her grandchildren, Jacquelyn Stuff, Ryan Smith, Natasha, Anthony Stephenson, Zoey Smith, Drake Maynard, Teresa, Samantha Smith and Bryson Stevens; her great grandchildren, Axel and Tucker Stephenson; and her stepgranddaughter Jaylin Giesman.
