She was predeceased by: her parents, William Snay and Elsie Snay (Waines); and her sister Elizabeth Hooks. She is survived by: her husband Norris "Jay" Baker II; her son Norris Baker III (Schirlie) of Shelby; her grandchildren, Debra Daiber (Paul) of Shreve, Ohio, Joshua A. Baker (Tasha) and Jordan A. Reed (Oresté); her great grandchildren, Adalynn, Gracelyn, Colton Reed, Kylie Kelly, Hayden and Logan Baker; her brother Bill Snay (Janice) of New Iberia, LA; and her brother-in-law Charles Hooks. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In place of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shelby Community & Senior Center at 154 N Gamble St, Shelby, OH 44875.
