He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Campbell (Shute) and Charles Campbell; his sister Judy Klote; and his stepmother Wanda Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Donna Campbell (Yoss); his daughters, Stephanie Kelly of Chicago and Christina Hoeppner (Jeff) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Connor, Payton Hoag, Abigail and Megan Hoeppner; and his sister Patricia Plumer (Jeff). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
