She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Boudinot and Florence Boudinot (Dodge); and her husband James S. Will. She is survived by: her children, Carrie Diebler (Leon) of Bucyrus, Lucy McPeek (David) of Shelby, James Will (Denise) of Willard and Glenda Engel of Galena; and her sisters, Noreen Zehner (Bill) of Shelby and Linda Troxel (Dick) of Marietta, GA. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her beloved cousins.
